Should you wish to question the conduct or result of the election, or the actions of those elected you will need to do so in accordance with Part V of the Act. The Commission can assist you by providing information of a general nature; it cannot provide you with a formal or informal legal advice.
Candidates must satisfy themselves about their own legal positions and, if necessary, refer to the exact provisions of the Constitution, the Act and Regulations, and consult their own lawyers or legal advisers.
